A mandatory Pre-Bid conference will be held on Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at 9:00AM. The group will tour all six
(6) sites between 9:00AM and Noon. Meet at the Terry Elementary School Administration Building at 9:00AM.
All potential bidders must report at 9:00AM. The pre-bid job walk will provide the opportunity to inspect the
existing sites restrictions and conditions. Any Contractor bidding on the Project who fails to attend the entire
mandatory job walk and conference will be deemed a non-responsive bidder and will have its bid returned unopened.
Job Walk will be limited to one person per potential bidder so groups can be limited to ten persons.
